G&H Tuber mod 531
Stepped end cut
5 plies. Owner used up to 3 sheets, the machine can make up to 5, but the remaining two are missing parts. (Eg clamp for die-cutting blades or grooved rollers)
Current 2-color printer with anilox. The 4-color printer is available but must be adapted to the machine. The owner can deliver it with the 4-color printer, but it must be adapted by the customer. (Adapt mechanical and electrical transmission)
Min-max tube width: 300-800 mm (according to manual)
Min-max tube length: 605-1210 mm
Speed: 150 tubes/min according to manual, operation speed: 120 tubes/min
Machine is stopped but connected. Can be placed in work with paper.

Year: 1973 (refurbished in 2003)
It only manufactures sacks a single bottom. (b/a) This machine was specialized for a market of basically two formats of bags.

Min-max sack width: 320-600 mm according to design. In the last 10 years, it only manufactured width min-max 490 – 530 mm
Min-max sack length: 470-1250 mm according to design. In the last 10 years, it has only manufactured length min-max 560 – 900 mm
Bottom width: 90-180 mm according to design of the modification. In the last 10 years, it only made min-max 140 – 160 mm (and few max 180 mm productions at low speed)
Min-max distance between centers: 435 – 1110 according to design.
Speed: 60 sack/min
No adhesive pumps
Machine is dismantled in January 2021
